Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Site Leader to oversee Biomedical Technician staff and provide on-site service at customer locations in the Brooklyn/Manhattan area. You will ensure contract obligations are met and maintain strong customer relations while enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory practices.

The role requires 4+ years of medical equipment servicing, appropriate engineering education, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers.
• Experience in customer service with account coordination.
• Willing to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign personnel and prioritize service to meet contract obligations.
• Serve as Site Leader and manage customer relationships at assigned sites.
• Ensure service quality via frequent customer contact and quality reviews.
• Maintain expense, time, and service reports; track financial performance.
• Maintain inventory and manage vendor service delivery per GE policies.
• Provide instruction on equipment operation and repair to hospital staff.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed beyond the assigned region; comply with access policies.
