Job summary

Bestica is hiring a BioenvironmentalCurriculum Developer to provide services at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role is onsite and supports USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, OED, developing distance learning and in-residence courses.

Responsibilities include designing training materials using ADDIE/ISD, validating course materials, and coordinating with USAF and DoD leaders. A strong background in bioenvironmental engineering and DOE-style documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Preventive Medicine or a related field.
• At least 4 years of equivalent work experience in the Bioenvironmental Engineering career field or similar DoD/public health roles.
• Experience developing training materials using ADDIE or competency-based education techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and validate distance learning and in-residence courses.
• Develop training materials using ISD/ADDIE processes and validation methods.
• Interface with USAFSAM staff, 711th HPW, and USAF Surgeon General leadership.
