One80 Intermediaries in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Billing Specialist onsite to deliver billing and related administrative services to carriers, agents, employers, and policyholders with accuracy and timeliness.

You will process bill payments, ensure SLA targets, collaborate with colleagues to maintain service levels for Premium Accounting clients, and support system improvements and new client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel and handling client communications by phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed, thorough and highly organized with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Process bill payments and policy changes timely and accurately.
• Meet all SLAs for the caseload.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain service levels for Premium Accounting clients.
• Support corporate initiatives including system improvements and special projects for new clients.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
