Job summary

Redwood Materials seeks a General Site Superintendent to lead field project teams on the Tahoe Campus and Northern Nevada projects. The role requires daily onsite presence, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction supervision experience, familiarity with BESS and commercial solar, and holds STS/OSHA certifications. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience is preferred.
• Experience with BESS and Commercial Solar is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field project teams, including installers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Plan work methods, materials, and schedules and update forecasts to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, budget, and schedule.
• Manage site work and low voltage electrical activities on BESS installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, utilities, and regulators to ensure timely delivery of equipment and inspections.
• Promote safety, process control, and documentation standards on site.
• Lead alignment meetings and support workforce development.
