Zaddy Solutions is hiring a Benefits Consultant for an onsite role in Gratiot, OH, within a Forbes top 100 hospital setting. You’ll be the primary contact for employee benefits and manage enrollment, changes, and terminations across medical, dental, and retirement programs.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent HR experience, at least two years in HR with a benefits focus, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in applicable field or equivalent HR experience.
• Minimum of two years HR or related experience.
• Benefits experience with regulatory understanding preferred.
• Baseline benefits knowledge including plan administration and employee navigation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions and issue resolution.
• Present benefits information during orientation sessions.
• Administer benefit plans including enrollments, changes, terminations across medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement programs.
• Process and reconcile benefit premiums, invoices, and payroll deductions.
• Manage COBRA administration and LOA benefit billing.
