Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of U.S. and Canadian benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement.
• Coordinate with external benefit vendors to ensure accurate processing of benefits-related transactions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA.
