Job summary

Microvast, a leader in lithium-ion battery solutions, seeks a Production Associate for our Clarksville, TN facility. You will work on an assembly line, cross-trained across stations and battery assembly machinery, handling mechanical connections, electrical harnesses, PCBA installation, and tests.

Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset are essential. Prior experience with power tools, handling of large items, and ESD-sensitive procedures is preferred; forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires basic electronics or battery assembly familiarity.
• Ability to work on an assembly line and use hand/power tools.
• Team-oriented with focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first mindset for yourself and coworkers.
• Strive for high quality and suggest process improvements.
• Operate battery pack assembly equipment and machinery.
• Check inventory counts to ensure materials on hand.
• Use tools and machinery to assemble products.
• Move materials using overhead hoists, pallet jacks, and carts.
• Safely use a forklift to load packs.
• Inspect products for accuracy and uniformity.
• Perform tests and quality checks on battery packs.
• Report daily output and production results.
