Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in foodservice.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice-to-have: At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Participating in food preparation.
• Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
• Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
• Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.
• Other tasks as needed.
