Elior CTY, LLC in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our education dining team. The On-Call Catering Captain will lead a team of foodservice professionals to ensure the success of banquet events.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no late evenings, competitive pay of $50 per hour, and growth opportunities within Elior Independent School Dining.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in foodservice.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice-to-have: at least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Participating in food preparation.
• Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
• Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
• Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our education team in New York, NY. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented foodservice professionals.
