Qualfon is seeking Call Center Professionals to field inbound calls regarding work perks employee discounts. You will combine customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment to help customers and drive satisfaction.

This role offers a pay rate of $15.00/hr during training, with hours across 7 days. You must be 18+, be able to multitask, and communicate clearly. Qualfon provides a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Customer Service and Sales skills.
• Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manages emotions and maintains positive energy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualfon, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is detail oriented. You will be dealing with number plates, capturing customers license plate numbers and State and record it at 99% accuracy.

Pay Rate of $15.00/HR - Training 8:00am to 5:30pm

Hours of operation: 7 Days
