Job summary

SWJ Technologie is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, procurement, inventory control, and supplier relations in an automotive manufacturing setting. The role is based onsite in Kings Mountain, NC, with responsibilities spanning demand forecasting, supplier qualifications, and coordination with quality and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain management within manufacturing, ERP/MRP experience, and a strong focus on inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to plan, purchase, and manage inventory and supplier relations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage purchasing, procurement, and inventory control.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production to optimize materials flow.
