Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Recent experience in an automotive manufacturing plant.

• Ability to communicate to a diverse audience (customers, suppliers, employees).
• Strong ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directs the preparation of and issuance of purchase orders and change notices.
• Reviews purchase orders and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine material availability and prepares market analysis reports.
• Develops and implements purchasing and inventory control procedures to ensure on-time production.
• Maintains materials and inventories to support uninterrupted production and shipment of finished goods.
• Ensures supplier performance to achieve cost savings while maintaining smooth flow of materials.
