Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Automation Analyst to support a long-term DoD program focused on automation, process improvement, and enterprise systems integration. This role is 100% onsite in Norfolk, VA, and requires hands-on experience with PowerShell/Python and various automation tools.

The ideal candidate will design, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows, leveraging CI/CD practices and AI-enabled automation while ensuring data quality, reliability, and operational

Competenze

• 7+ years in systems engineering, automation, or related technical fields.
• Active Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or equivalent.
• Hands-on with PowerShell or Python and automation scripts.
• Experience translating requirements into automation solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and enterprise automation platforms.

• Implement logging, error handling, and automated recovery.
• Support CI/CD practices and source control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure automation impact.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics
