Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting, audit, or assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with audit software, Excel, and accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, account balances, and supporting documentation to evaluate accuracy and compliance.
• Perform audit testing procedures and prepare workpapers for engagements.
• Review internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with clients, managers, and team members to address audit-related questions.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
