Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking an ATM/Teller/ITM Testing Specialist to execute manual testing across ATM, Teller, and ITM channels and coordinate with vendors. Qualifications

• Hands-on testing of ATM/ITM/teller systems including hardware interaction.
• Strong manual testing across functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Knowledge of banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, card processing, PIN.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Ability to perform basic SQL queries and validate backend data.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams on testing.
• Familiarity with test environments, data management, and test cards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for ATM, Teller, and ITM transactions.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT with business teams, developers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Operate and maintain physical ATM/ITM hardware and lab environments.
• Validate results using SQL, logs, and back-end checks.
• Document results, defects, and readiness for sign-off.
• Create Go/No-Go documentation with evidence packages.
• Log and track defects using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate to investigate transaction failures and reproduce defects.
• Coordinate vendor testing schedules and test configurations.
• Maintain ADO boards, dashboards, metrics, status reports.
• Support production releases and post-implementation testing.
• Follow SDLC processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on quality.
