Job summary

Onsite Innovations LLC is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer for a full-time onsite role at a client site in Anderson, SC. You will promote health and safety, perform functional testing, manage RTW activities and coordinate workers’ compensation matters.

The position offers evening shifts Monday through Friday, with a $3,000 hiring bonus and opportunities to influence employee health programs and injury prevention in a dynamic occupational medicine setting.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable: Yes
• Continuing education is required to maintain license: No
• Customarily at least 1 year of experience in athletic trainer services in an Onsite setting
• Knowledge of kinesiology or ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses as per standing orders.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured workers to appropriate clinicians for quality care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies following action plans and standing orders.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases through claim capture and follow-up.
• Collaborate with HR and management on return-to-work (RTW) job placement.
• Coordinate injury prevention, ergonomic training and evaluation activities.
