Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree with 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience for hourly and salary roles.
• High school diploma with 4 years full-cycle recruitment experience for hourly and salary roles.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
• Partner with hiring leaders to identify talent needs, posting titles, sourcing strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct market research on local employers, pay trends, and talent availability, sharing insights with TA and Compensation teams.
• Leverage recruiting systems to build pipelines, maintain talent pools, and inform sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, Haworth policies, and auditing processes; support process improvement projects.
