Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities under the Superintendent.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor to meet milestones.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Review plans and schedules to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to align stakeholders.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and document site activities.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Support quality control to meet standards.
• Utilize ProCore and related software for job management.
