Job summary

Raytheon, based in McKinney, TX, is hiring an Assembly Operator (Production Associate) for the EODAS factory. You will perform mechanical assembly, working with housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies in a cleanroom.

The role requires certifications, cross-training opportunities, and daily production tasks to improve cost, quality, and schedule. This is an on-site, 1st shift position.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• US citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Ability to cross-train and assist other areas after certification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components in a cleanroom environment using tools and fasteners (machined housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, optical assemblies).
• Handle chemicals and perform detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials.
• Use precision torque tools to inspect and repair electric and mechanical systems.
