Northwest Designs Ink, Inc. is hiring an Art Director/Art Department Manager to lead the creative direction and production workflow for sports apparel and graphic design in South Bellevue.

This is a full-time, onsite role with a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, designed for someone who can guide a team and keep custom apparel graphics aligned with brand and production requirements. The role requires 5+ years of apparel design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in apparel.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Lists, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience managing employees, timelines, and junior talent.
• Organized, analytical, with data handling and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee art department teams, including design and art production groups.
• Mentor and manage a team of design and production artists.
• Collaborate with sales, printing, and art production to streamline workflows.
• Ensure all custom apparel graphics meet brand standards and production specs.
