Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience.
Experience with APQP, Requirements Management, FMEA, Control Plans, QMS or related systems.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, IT and vendors.
Strong documentation, testing and project coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance enterprise tools for Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Gather stakeholder feedback, define requirements, and support tool improvements.
Coordinate project activities, track risks, and communicate status with stakeholders and IT.
Work with software vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and support releases.
Develop user training materials and process documentation.
Support development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and analytics.
Act as SME for APQP tools, data quality and continuous improvement.
