Pay Rate: $33-$37/hr on W2

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - APQP to support enterprise APQP tools and processes, including Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans. This role will focus on engineering tool administration, process improvement, issue resolution, user support, and Power BI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance enterprise tools for Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, define requirements, and support process and tool improvements.
• Coordinate project activities, track risks/issues, and communicate status with stakeholders, IT teams, and functional groups.
• Work with software vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and support releases.
• Develop user training materials, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for APQP tools, FMEA, Control Plans, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with APQP, Requirements Management, FMEA, Control Plans, Quality Management, Product Development, Engineering tools, or related technical/business systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering/business teams, IT organizations, software vendors, and end users.
• Strong requirements documentation, testing, issue resolution, training, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is highly recommended.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $33-$37 per hour on W2.
