TPG Staffing LLC client is seeking a Product Applications Engineer to join its Brick, NJ engineering team on site. The role serves as the technical expert linking customers, sales, and engineering to resolve application challenges and to identify opportunities for product improvements.

Responsibilities include supporting customers, detailing technical requirements, and collaborating with engineering to translate needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with CAD software and creating 3D models and drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource for products, applications, and use cases.
• Partner with sales and customers to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Investigate field issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement actions.
• Provide engineering support and assist with product training.
