SpaceX is seeking an Application Software Engineer to develop mission-critical software used across SpaceX for launch, manufacturing, and Starlink. You will own significant parts of the software lifecycle, from design to deployment, collaborating with a diverse team to accelerate a high-pace aerospace environment.

Aerospace experience is not required; we value smart, respectful, and collaborative engineers who want to impact a bold mission and ship robust software at pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of software experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of full stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications that improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to validate concepts and constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into user problems to create efficient solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews.
