Responsibilities

Assist with onsite appliance installation setup, positioning, connections, and basic configuration under technician guidance
Support troubleshooting by performing assigned checks and documenting observations for the lead technician
Prepare job sites by gathering parts, tools, and materials; ensuring the work area is organized and safe
Follow established safety procedures and proper handling practices for appliances, tools, and job materials
Help maintain equipment and service readiness, including basic tool care and restocking as needed
