Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking a PRN Anesthesia Support Assistant to assist licensed anesthesia providers with monitoring and care, onsite only.

You will prepare equipment, assist with airway management, transport, and maintain inventory while working in a fast-paced environment. Requires HS diploma, BLS, and at least 6 months of healthcare experience; pay ranges $20.26–$26.34 per hour; schedule is flex, onsite only.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required, through AHA or Red Cross with valid through start date.
• Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sterilizes and sets up anesthesia equipment.
• Assists anesthesia provider with monitoring, transport, positioning and airway management.
• Maintains daily equipment upkeep and troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Performs duties with critical thinking and works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
