Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with Communications, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to redesign workflows with AI.
• Embed with customer teams to understand workflows and deliver measurable business value.
• Own delivery from prototype to production, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Build full-stack AI apps, agents, automations, and integrations.
• Lead rapid prototyping, remove blockers, and contribute in code when needed.
• Drive adoption by deploying and iterating with customers.
• Turn customer solutions into reusable platforms and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Product to feed learnings back into AI capabilities.
