GTT in Montgomery, AL seeks an AI Platform Engineer for a hands-on contract role. You will configure, administer, and support enterprise AI platforms across OpenAI/ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini, ensuring secure, scalable services with governance and incident handling.

The position emphasizes platform administration, automation, and collaboration with cybersecurity, cloud, and business teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 2–4 years in cloud, systems, platform, or enterprise SaaS.
• At least 1 year exposure to AI or AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
• Ability to learn rapidly changing AI platforms and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
• Configure environments, access controls, and feature availability.
• Support APIs, connectors, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate with vendors for escalation.
• Create runbooks, documentation, and operational standards.
