Job summary

Uare.ai is seeking a customer-facing engineer to deploy and support Individual AI deployments in San Francisco and Los Altos. This in-person role requires five days a week on-site with regular travel to customer sites.

You will sit with customers, configure deployments, and integrate with their data sources while ensuring systems operate smoothly in production. The position reports to the CTO and offers a base salary with equity designed for federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software, solutions, or forward deployed engineer working directly with customers.
• Strong in Python or TypeScript, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, or AI features in production.
• Calm in front of customers. You explain technical work in plain language.
• Willing to travel to customer sites, including government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Launch customers. Scope, configure, and ship each deployment, from kickoff to first use.
• Build their AIs. Turn a customer's documents, recordings, and know-how into working Individual AIs.
• Connect their systems. Wire Uare.ai into their tools, data sources, and sign-in.
• Run the sessions. Onboard each team, lead guided tests, and collect structured feedback.
• Fix it fast. Debug issues on site and get the right fixes to engineering.
• Bring it home. Turn repeat customer work into product features and playbooks.
