Red Oak Technologies Inc. is seeking an AI Analytics Engineer / AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decision making in the upstream oil and gas portfolio.

You will partner with data engineers and technical teams to deliver scalable AI and analytics products, applying knowledge of Databricks architecture, and AI frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, BI, or data engineering, ideally in oil & gas.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and modern data architecture.
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI including foundational models (Claude, ChatGPT) and frameworks like LangChain.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with leadership and oil/gas teams to identify how data and AI can drive goals more efficiently.
• Design, build, and optimize curated data models transforming raw data into analytics-ready outputs in a Databricks architecture.
• Build AI/BI tools including reports, dashboards, AI pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Perform quality checks on AI and data pipeline outputs and troubleshoot issues.
• Document data processes/workflows and provide technical support to data users.
• Research and evaluate new data technologies and trends and recommend improvements.
