Job summary

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking an AI Developer to join an oil and gas client’s new AI team in a Dallas on-site setting. The role centers on turning AI capabilities into practical solutions, building AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows across a modern cloud and data ecosystem.

The candidate should have strong Python, data live-cycle skills, and hands-on experience with AI models and APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud data platforms
Hands-on experience building applications with large language models or generative AI APIs, such as Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
Ability to work autonomously with new technologies, developing processes, and a newly established team.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and autonomous or multi-agent workflows using large language models such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other emerging models.
Build and maintain data pipelines connecting Snowflake and Azure Databricks to AI and machine learning workflows, using tools such as dbt to ensure models and agents operate on trusted, well-structured data.
Rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, recommending adoption when they provide clear business value.
Partner with data science, data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into working, production-ready solutions.
