JBT Marel is seeking an on-site technical support professional to manage the Formova AGV system in Flint, MI. The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and rapid repair of AGV hardware and related systems.

The candidate will perform regular maintenance, assist with upgrades, and provide start-up and operations support for new configurations. Strong on-site presence in Flint, MI is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with AGV systems and fleet maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle and system faults on site.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for the AGV fleet and on-call maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle and system issues.
• Assist in upgrades/retrofits requiring vehicle modifications.
• Support AGV component repairs when necessary.
• Monitor on-site parts inventory and ordering.
• Provide operations support for new/modified systems and startups.
• Coordinate with Customer AGV Leads for training and troubleshooting.
