Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and analytics platforms.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze internal supplier performance against SLAs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility on SLA compliance.
• Escalate and resolve SLA breaches with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers to understand challenges and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members and present performance to leadership.
