Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating in Bothell, WA is seeking an Aftermarket Business Analyst to lead the onsite aftermarket team, monitor supplier performance against SLAs, and provide actionable insights to improve customer support and service levels.

You will develop reports and dashboards, escalate breaches with recommendations, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with aftermarket objectives while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred (combination of experience and education may be considered).
• Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze internal supplier performance against SLAs.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using performance data.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility on SLA compliance.
• Escalate and resolve SLA breaches with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers to understand challenges and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to improve service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for customer escalations related to aftermarket services.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management and leadership.
• Recommend strategies to optimize supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
