Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager in Vancouver, WA. This on-site role supervises daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial functions under the Community Manager to optimize cash flow and NOI.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience in housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, administration and risk to ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle delinquency, rent collection, and cash flow optimization.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure staffing, training and coaching.
• Develop resident retention programs and respond to resident concerns.
