Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology teams to deliver roadmaps and initiatives.
• Coordinate project milestones, resources, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering and project leads to ensure alignment.
• Develop SOPs to scale common capabilities across sites.
• Travel up to 20% within the United States.
