Qualifications

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Knowledge/experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Develop supply chain strategy and lead planning/execution activities.
Manage suppliers on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
Assess material shortages, flag time-critical purchases, and drive acceleration.
Manage, report, and forecast material cost/performance for programs.
Manage the material budget for contract requirements and EVMS.
Maintain delivery performance metrics.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams across GSC.
Align project scope with customer requirements and technical teams.
Brief leadership on status, risks, opportunities, and issues.
