Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years’ experience, basic hand tools proficiency, and a willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and schematics.
• Must be able to work onsite at ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA and relocate if needed.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble composite parts and electromechanical assemblies following documented instructions.
• Follow written work instructions and document builds for each assembly.
• Escalate process or quality issues promptly.
• Suggest improvements to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Assist in solving complex technical problems and setting up test equipment.
