Job summary

Boeing is seeking Estimating and Pricing Specialists (Senior or Lead) to support Air Dominance Proprietary Programs in Hazelwood, MO. You will lead budgetary and formal estimates for labor, material, travel, and other cost elements, partnering with proposal teams to shape winning strategies for competitive and sole-source proposals.

The ideal candidate has aerospace experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in parametric modeling and estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance-related field or engineering or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA).
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex estimates and prices from technical requirements through design, build, and sustainment phases.
• Develop, prepare, validate, and substantiate cost and price proposals.
• Review RFPs, identify estimating requirements, and develop sound pricing approaches.
• Apply advanced estimating methodologies and pricing strategies; build pricing models and databases.
• Prepare briefings for senior leaders on estimates, pricing strategy, and proposal status.
