Job summary

Weld County is seeking an on-site Information Technology TSC Analyst to deliver high-quality IT and A/V support across county locations. The role emphasizes rapid response, hands-on equipment adjustments, and clear communication with staff and citizens.

The candidate will manage A/V configurations, video conferencing tech, and device lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and vendor coordination, while maintaining procedures and training plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-year minimum onsite customer service and A/V support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, O365 and standard apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of end-user issues, including deskside repair.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and monitor workstations and related hardware/software in county facilities.
• Provide in-person A/V support for conferences, courtrooms, and public spaces; troubleshoot video conferencing systems.
