Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant experience or AA/AS with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Product Inspection, Manufacturing Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Supervisor/Lead.
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Depot Repair Environment.
• Experience reading drawings or blueprints.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies and determine quality acceptability.
• Perform Test Witnessing and Test Data verification to ensure functionality.
• Review drawings and process requirements to support compliance with Technical Data Packages.
• Interpret and adhere to quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Use measurement tools to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Perform administrative tasks related to file management and material control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• 2nd Shift - 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. onsite.
