Job summary

INEOS USA Oil & Gas LLC is seeking a Subsurface Manager to lead the US onshore development program. You will own capital budgeting, reserves processes, and economic analyses, while mentoring a small team and coordinating across functions.

The role demands a hands-on reservoir engineer with leadership experience, strong technical skills, and a safety-first mindset. Denver-based, 9/80 schedule, field and office work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Petroleum or related technical field.
• 8+ years upstream oil & gas, with 3+ years in reservoir/ asset development.
• Strong reservoir analysis, development planning, and reserves experience.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Safety and environmental responsibility commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development tracking, capital budgeting, and reserves processes.
• Manage development pads and maintain Pad Readiness tracking.
• Own monthly capital forecasting and budget submissions.
• Perform economic evaluations and reservoir analyses to inform decisions.
• Oversee corporate reserves processes and related audits.
• Support lender communications and reserve auditors.
• Develop ExCo-ready technical materials for approvals.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance across activities.
