Job summary

INEOS is seeking a Subsurface Manager to lead a high‑impact US onshore development program from Denver. The role combines hands‑on reservoir engineering with leadership of a small team, driving economic evaluations, capital budgeting, and reserves reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight years of upstream oil & gas experience with an operator, including at least three years in reservoir engineering or asset development.
• Strong technical expertise in reservoir analysis, development planning, economic evaluation, capital forecasting, and reserves processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development tracking and project accountability across active pads, including permitting and milestones.
• Oversee capital forecasting and budget submissions for Finance.
• Perform economic evaluations and reservoir analyses to inform development decisions and reserves.
• Manage corporate reserves process and related modeling and reporting.
• Support lenders and capital markets inquiries with accurate disclosures.
