• Lead LCMS Servant Events and service opportunities with host-site cultivation.

• Coordinate YouthLead and Teen Leadership Trainings; mentor youth leaders.
• Provide resources for youth and young adults; articulate LCMS Youth Ministry initiatives.
• Collaborate with Youth Ministry staff for content operations (YouthESource.com).
• Partner with LCMS Research and Statistics to identify and execute youth ministry initiatives.
