Job summary

TJX Companies is hiring a Digital Marketing Supervisor, Online Video in Framingham, MA. You will support the Digital Marketing Manager by executing, optimizing, and analyzing online video campaigns across in-house platforms and Google Ads.

You will collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and the in-house buying team to drive campaign performance, audience strategy, and cross-channel integration, while ensuring QA and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 3–4 years of online video media planning and buying experience.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certified is preferred).
• General understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with brand safety and suitability (IAS knowledge is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build Digital Marketing Expertise and act as an online video subject matter expert.
• Monitor YouTube and online video landscape to identify audience trends and opportunities.
• Own the execution and management of all online video campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor campaigns, pacing, and performance against goals.
• Lead campaign QA, revisions, and final go-live approvals.
• Analyze performance and provide insights and opportunities for brand partners.
