The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Paid Digital Marketing Supervisor for Online Video to support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing, optimizing and analyzing online video campaigns.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, driving performance and providing insights. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in online video media planning and buying, strong Google Ads expertise, and experience with analytics platforms.

Qualificações

3–4 years of online video media planning and buying experience.
Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certified is preferred).
General understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
Experience with brand safety and suitability (IAS knowledge is a plus).
Team player who is collaborative while being an effective communicator.

Responsabilidades

Own the execution and management of all online video campaigns from setup through launch and reporting within Google Ads.
Monitor campaign launches and daily pacing to ensure performance goals are met.
Collaborate with brand media, marketing teams and external agencies to provide actionable insights supporting the brand story.
