Job summary

Foothills Education Charter High School is seeking a Daytime Testing Paraprofessional to supervise students during online assessments and maintain a secure testing environment at the Athens, Georgia site.

You will assist with login procedures, basic troubleshooting, and reporting any irregularities under the guidance of the Site Director. Strong FERPA compliance and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or 60+ college hours or Georgia Paraprofessional Certificate preferred.
• Experience supervising/exam proctoring online assessments preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Meet rooms; reliable internet.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional student/staff relationships.
• Commitment to test security, FERPA compliance, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during online testing to ensure proper procedures.
• Maintain a quiet, secure testing environment and address interruptions.
• Assist with logging students into testing software and basic tech issues.
• Coordinate with testing coordinators for disruptions or technical problems.
• Ensure documentation of testing attendance and session times.
