Job summary

ShopRite ShopRite of Warminster is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to fulfill customer orders placed on the ShopRite website. You will pick items, bag and package orders, and ensure accurate payment and delivery or pickup coordination.

You will interact with customers, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety and QA standards. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Must handle fresh, dried and processed products and related substances.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Adhere to attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately identify products and select high-quality perishable items.
• Substitute items when needed and communicate with customers.
• Prepare orders for pickup or delivery and process payments.
• Maintain workspace and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate the checkout and handle cash, credit, and EBT transactions.
