Job summary

ShopRite of Yardley is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to fulfill customer orders placed on the ShopRite website. You will select items, bag orders, and prepare them for pickup or delivery while communicating any issues to customers.

Daily tasks include processing payments, maintaining order accuracy, and assisting customers with a friendly attitude. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, analyze, and understand English.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Able to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work with products.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and maintain safety.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly way.
• Works well in a team and adheres to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Take online customer orders from ShopRite website and select items.
• Bag orders, pack in totes, and prepare for pickup or delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change.
• Communicate any order issues to customers.
• Maintain accurate workspace and ensure order quality.
• Provide courteous service and assist customers as needed.
