Job summary

ShopRite of West Chester is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to deliver a great customer experience. You will take customer orders from the ShopRite website, select items, bag and pack them, and communicate issues with customers.

You’ll also handle payments at pickup or delivery and transport orders to customers' cars as needed. The role requires English literacy, basic math, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand and walk for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Standing/walking for scheduled shifts.
• Regularly lift 25–50 lbs.
• Work with food products and manage allergies safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate products from various departments.
• Select and organize customer orders efficiently.
• Bag orders safely and prepare totes for pickup or delivery.
• Process all forms of payment and provide correct change.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment throughout the shift.
